Ingredients

2 small unripe bananas

1 teaspoon of salt

¼ litre sour milk or cream

2 leaves spinach
Methods

Peel and cut bananas into small cubes.

Wash the bananas and boil them in salted water until tender.

Wash and cut the spinach, then add to the bananas just before they are fully ready.

When ready, mash the mixture well.

Whisk in the milk a little at a time.

Serve.
