INGREDIENTS
For the Cake:
- Â Â 150g Butter
- Â Â 100g Sugar
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 100g Sour cream
- Â Â 250g Flour
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 3g Baking soda
For Filling:
- Â Â 1 Large lemon
- Â Â 150g Raisins
- Â Â 100g Nuts (cashews, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
- Â Â 100g Sugar
 PROCEDURES
1. Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Add egg and beat well.
2. Mix dry ingredients and sift.
3. Add half the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Add sour cream and combine well.
5. Add the remaining dry mixture and knead the dough.
6. Distribute the dough evenly on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for about 30 minutes.
8. Prepare filling: blend raisins, lemon, sugar, and nuts.
9. Remove from oven.
10. Spread lemon mixture on top.
11. Bake for another 15 minutes.
12. Cool and sprinkle with grated chocolate or lemon zest.
