Ingredients

5 medium Irish or sweet potatoes

1 onion

2g salt

125ml milk

90g beans
-
15g butter

Water
Methods

Sort and wash the beans, then boil until soft.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.

Slice the onion. Fry and then add potatoes and salt.

Add milk and water if needed, then leave to cook. When almost soft, add cooked beans and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mash the mixture until smooth, then serve.
