Ingredients

3 oz minced meat

3 oz (1 teacup) mashed potatoes

1 egg

1 spoonful margarine

A little breadcrumbs or flour

A little oil for frying
Methods

Mix the margarine into the meat and mashed potatoes.

Add some beaten egg and seasoning.

Form into cake-sized portions and coat with breadcrumbs or flour.

Coat each cake with remaining egg and fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes until well cooked inside.

Serve hot.
