Ingredients

250g rice

100g meat

6g pilau masala

1g curry powder

3 onions

4 cloves garlic

Water

2g salt

1 tomato
Methods

Wash and cut the meat into small pieces.

Boil them with a little water until tender. Leave a little stock.

Remove any impurities from the rice and wash it.

Slice the onion thinly and peel and crush the garlic.

Fry the onion until lightly brown. Add garlic and other spices and continue stirring until the onion turns brown.

Add meat without stock while stirring for some minutes.

Add rice and stir for a few minutes.

Add enough meat stock for cooking the rice. Add the remaining salt and allow to simmer.

Stir occasionally and add warm water if necessary until fully cooked.

Serve on a plate and garnish with diced tomato or any suitable garnish.
