250g beef meat

1 onion

1 carrot

Juice of ½ lemon

Some pepper

2 tomatoes

2 tablespoons fat

½ green pepper

Methods

Wash and wipe the meat and cut it into cubes.

Mix meat pieces with salt, ginger, lemon juice and garlic.

Slice the onion and cut the carrot, green pepper and tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the meat until brown.

Add all the vegetables and stir well for some time.

Reduce the heat, add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly until tender.

Stir well to get a good stew.

Serve hot with rice, ugali, potatoes, spaghetti or vegetable salad.
