2 tablespoons chopped mint

1 level teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon boiling water

Vinegar to taste
Methods

Pick and wash the mint leaves carefully before chopping.

Add half the sugar to the chopped mint and mix well.

Place the chopped mint, remaining sugar and salt in a sauce bowl.

Add boiling water.

When cool, add vinegar and allow to stand until ready for use.
