Ingredients

½ apple

½ piece of cucumber

1 piece of ginger

1 carrot

3 tablespoons sugar
Methods

Wash, peel and cut all the ingredients.

Prepare the syrup by boiling the sugar with a little water on the stove. Remove and allow to cool.

Once the syrup is cool enough, blend the fruit and syrup together.

Strain out the juice and ginger.

Serve the juice.
