INGREDIENTS

- Â Â 80g Oatmeal
- Â Â 100g Butter
- Â Â 200g Sugar
- Â Â 120g Flour
- Â Â 100g Nuts, candied fruits, or dried fruits (to taste)

COOKING PROCEDURES
1. Beat butter with sugar until smooth.
2. Add eggs and mix.
3. Add oatmeal and mix.
4. Add filling (nuts, dried apricots, raisins, or candied fruits  about 2 cups total).
5. Mix thoroughly and add flour.
6. Form balls, dip in flour, and shape the cookies.
7. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
8. Place cookies on the tray, leaving space between each.
9. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.
