Ingredients

200ml milk

4g sugar

2ml lemon juice

8g custard powder

½ medium pawpaw
Methods

Cut the pawpaw, peel it and remove the seeds.

Press the pawpaw through a sieve to get a smooth pulp.

Mix the pawpaw pulp with lemon juice.

Blend custard powder with a little milk to get a thick paste.

Boil the remaining milk with sugar, then add the blended custard paste while stirring.

Remove the thick mixture from the heat and allow to cool.

Mix the pawpaw pulp and thick custard paste in a bowl and mix thoroughly. You can also blend all the ingredients for a smooth mixture.

Serve in a glass.
