INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 110g Butter (room temperature)
- Â Â 90g Brown Sugar
- Â Â 80g Sugar
- Â Â 100g Peanut butter
- Â Â Pinch of Salt
- Â Â 3g Soda
- Â Â 5ml Vanilla essence
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 160g Flour
- Â Â 150g Dark chocolate
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix peanut butter, salt, sugar, soda, and soft butter. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed, then 2 minutes at high.
2. Add vanilla extract and egg, beat well.
3. Add sifted flour and chocolate drops, mix thoroughly.
4. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, drop the dough with a spoon.
5. Each serving weighs 65g. Leave space between balls.
6. Bake at 175°C / 347°F for 13 14 minutes.
7. Cookies will be very soft when removed from the oven. Let them stand until firm.
