INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 750g Juicy pears
- Â Â 100g Walnut kernels
- Â Â 180g Butter
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 50g Dark chocolate (75% cocoa), chopped
- Â Â 140g Brown sugar
- Â Â 140g Flour
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 3g Baking soda
- Â Â 42g Honey
 PROCEDURES
1. Whisk eggs with sugar until light foam.
2. Add softened butter and beat until smooth.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients and stir with a spatula.
4. Fry nuts and chop in a blender until fine crumbs.
5. Add walnuts and chocolate to the dough. Mix well.
6. Wash and peel pears. Slice a few for decoration, cut the rest into small cubes.
7. Add diced pear to the dough and gently stir.
8. Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
9. Grease the sides with butter and sprinkle with flour.
10. Pour batter into the mold.
11. Place pear slices on top.
12. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 1 hour.
13. Drizzle with liquid honey.
