INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 500g Puff pastry (store bought)
- Â Â 400g Frozen spinach
- Â Â 100g Feta cheese
- Â Â 100g Hard cheese
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 1 Yolk
- Â Â Black sesame seeds (for topping)
 PROCEDURES
1. Thaw the pastry and spinach.
2. Squeeze spinach well, chop finely.
3. Add egg, grated hard cheese, crumbled feta, salt, and pepper.
4. Cut pastry lengthwise into 5 equal strips.
5. Distribute filling evenly on each strip.
6. Seal the edges to form filled straws.
7. On a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange straws in a spiral.
8. Brush with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20 25 minutes until golden.
10. Cool slightly and serve.
