Ingredients

1 egg

½ glass cold boiled milk

2 teaspoons sugar

¼ glass pineapple juice

A few ice cubes if available
Methods

Separate the egg white from the yolk. Whisk the egg yolk and sugar until creamy.

Pour the milk, whisked egg mixture, pineapple juice and ice into a shaker or screw-top jar and shake vigorously.

Whisk the egg white until stiff, then fold into the egg mixture.

Serve immediately.
