Ingredients

3 oz rice

3 tablespoons sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 inch of cinnamon

1½ cups grated coconut
Methods

Clean and wash the rice.

Prepare ½ cup of thick and 1 cup of thin coconut milk and keep them separate.

Cook the rice slowly in the thin coconut milk.

When the rice is almost ready, add the thick coconut milk.

Continue cooking until the rice is very soft.

Add the sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Serve hot or cold.
