Ingredients

250g rice flour

50g sugar

2g baking powder

21ml coconut milk or water

40ml cooking oil

2g ground cinnamon

4g yeast

90ml water
Methods

Sieve rice flour with baking powder. Add yeast, cinnamon and sugar.

Prepare rice batter by adding coconut milk or water into the rice flour mixture.

Leave the mixture for 20–25 minutes to rise.

Put the oil in a saucepan and heat it.

Pour the batter and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer.

When dried, put the mixture in an oven at 150°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 121°C until the bread is firm and golden brown on top.

Serve on a plate.
