How to Make Rice Bread at Home Step by Step Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g rice flour

  • 50g sugar

  • 2g baking powder

  • 21ml coconut milk or water

  • 40ml cooking oil

  • 2g ground cinnamon

  • 4g yeast

  • 90ml water

Methods

  • Sieve rice flour with baking powder. Add yeast, cinnamon and sugar.

  • Prepare rice batter by adding coconut milk or water into the rice flour mixture.

  • Leave the mixture for 20–25 minutes to rise.

  • Put the oil in a saucepan and heat it.

  • Pour the batter and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer.

  • When dried, put the mixture in an oven at 150°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 121°C until the bread is firm and golden brown on top.

  • Serve on a plate.
