120g flour

¼ litre milk

Fat for frying

1 egg

Salt to taste
Methods

Sieve flour and salt into a bowl.

Beat the egg with half of the milk. Add to the flour and beat until smooth.

Add the rest of the milk and beat well.

Leave the batter to rest for a while.

Heat a knob of fat in a frying pan. For each pancake, drop a dessert spoonful of batter onto the greased pan and spread evenly to form thin circles.

Lower the heat and cook until brown, then gently turn each one over.
