INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 160g Sesame seeds, fried
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 120g Sugar
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 60g Butter
- Â Â Vanilla extract (to taste)
- Â Â 70g Flour
- Â Â 3g Salt
- Â Â 7ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

 PROCEDURES
1. Mix all dry ingredients except seeds.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
3. Beat softened butter with sugar. Add egg, lemon juice, vanilla, and whisk for 20 30 seconds.
4. Add flour in small portions at low speed.
5. Add sesame seeds.
6. Drop teaspoons of dough onto baking paper, leaving 3 4cm space between them.
7. Bake for 8 15 minutes.
