4 oz flour

2 oz margarine

½ oz sugar

½ oz finely grated gula melaka

2 oz roasted sesame seeds

1 egg yolk

Methods

Sieve flour into a bowl.

Rub in the margarine. Add the sugar, finely grated gula melaka and roasted sesame seeds.

Add the egg yolk and sufficient milk to form a soft dough.

Shape mixture into rounds the size of marbles and flatten lightly.

Place on a greased baking tray.

Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
