INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 250g Butter
- Â Â 240 300g Flour (premium quality)
- Â Â 200g Sugar
- Â Â 10g Vanilla sugar
- Â Â 12g Baking powder
- Â Â Jam (for filling)
 PROCEDURES
1. Freeze butter and grate on a large grater.
2. Add all ingredients except the jam and knead a homogeneous dough. Divide into 2 parts (one 3 times larger than the other). Refrigerate the larger portion and freeze the smaller.
3. Grease the baking dish with butter.
4. Spread the larger dough portion on the bottom of the form, pierce with a fork.
5. Spread jam on the dough and grate the frozen smaller piece on top.
6. Bake for 20 25 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
