1 tomato, washed and sliced

1 piece cinnamon bark
-
1 level teaspoon salt
-
A few drops of lemon juice
Methods
-
Wash the meat and cut into cubes.
-
Fry the onion and garlic in the fat.

Add the meat and tomato and fry them.
-
Add about ½ cup of water and cook gently for 20–30 minutes.

The liquid should be about ½ inch above the rice.
-
Cook gently with the lid on, stirring occasionally with a fork. When ready, the pilau should be soft but firm and a little moist.
