Ingredients

1 tsp corn flour or wheat flour

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp margarine or butter

1 tsp chopped onion

1 cup milk

1 tsp tomato paste to taste

1 cup fish stock
Methods

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the flour and curry powder and stir over low heat for 1–2 minutes.

Remove from the heat. Add the onion and tomato paste and stir well.

Add the fish stock, milk, salt and pepper.

Return to the heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with a fish dish.
