5 tablespoons sugar

2 cups of water

3 teaspoons tea leaves or 1 tea bag

1 teaspoon masala

1 lemon

2 cups of milk
Methods

Warm the teapot with boiling water.

Add the tea one teaspoon per person or one tea bag per person plus one extra.

Pour boiling water and sugar. Pour through a strainer if loose tea leaves are used.

Boil the milk and keep it in a flask to be mixed when serving with breakfast.
