3 medium tomatoes

¼ small cabbage, finely chopped

4 medium potatoes

3 dessert spoons fat
Methods

Cook and mash potatoes.

Cook cabbage and chop finely.

Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Heat fat, fry tomatoes until soft.

Add potatoes, cabbage and salt.

Cover and fry until the underside is brown.

Serve hot.
