1 onion

1 carrot

1 dessertspoon plain flour (for thickening)

1 dessertspoon cold water
Methods

Clean and prepare the vegetables appropriately.

Melt the margarine, fry the onion until brown, and sauté the vegetables.

Add liquid and seasoning.

Simmer in the pan, then add the thickening mixture.

Cook for about 10 minutes and add lemon juice and sugar to taste.
