INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 250ml Water
- Â Â 11g Dry yeast
- Â Â 6g Salt
- Â Â 400g Flour
- Â Â 60ml Vegetable oil
- Â Â 50g Sugar
- Â Â 1 Egg yolk + sugar (for greasing)
Garlic Sauce:
- Â Â 100ml Sunflower oil
- Â Â Fresh herbs (to taste)
- Â Â 6 Garlic cloves
 PROCEDURES
1. Dilute yeast, sugar, and salt in warm water. Add flour and half the oil, knead.
2. Form a ball, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
3. Divide into 10 small pieces, form balls, arrange in a greased pan, and let rise for 30 minutes.
4. Brush with beaten yolk and bake at 200°C / 392°F for 20 25 minutes.
5. Blend garlic, oil, and herbs until smooth.
6. Remove buns from the oven and immediately brush with garlic sauce.
7. Serve with soup.
