¼ pt mock cream

Icing sugar for dredging
Methods

Roll the pastry very thinly, place it on the baking tray and mark it into fingers about 2×3 inches.

Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.

Spread jam over half the fingers.

Sandwich fingers together with mock cream.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
