Ingredients

250g rice

1 onion

50g green peas

2g salt

Water
-
1 carrot
-
30ml cooking oil
Methods

Clean and wash the rice.

Peel the carrot and cut into small cubes.

Wash the peas.

Fry the onions until soft and add rice. Stir for 4 minutes over medium heat.

Add peas, enough water and salt. Allow to simmer.

When the rice is ready and no water is seen above it, add the carrot and mix.

Serve on a plate.
