INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 480g Whole grain flour
- Â Â 6g Salt
- Â Â 375ml Warm water
- Â Â 60ml Honey
- Â Â 30ml Olive oil
- Â Â 16g Dry yeast
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Mix flour with salt, add diluted yeast and olive oil.
3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. Shape into a loaf on a floured baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
6. Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 35 minutes.
7. Remove when golden brown.
