INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 100g Whole grain flour
- Â Â 100g Wheat flour
- Â Â 80g Olive oil
- Â Â 75 80ml Water
- Â Â 3g Starch
- Â Â 25g Stevia or erythritol (to taste)
- Â Â 225g Pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- Â Â Honey (to taste)
 PROCEDURES
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
2. Wash berries, dry, mix with starch, add honey or sweetener if needed.
3. Mix flours, sift, mix with oil, knead dough with water.
4. Roll dough into a circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Place berries in the center and form the galleta.
6. Bake for 25 30 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey.
