- Â Â 75g Flour
- Â Â 100g Whole grain wheat flour
- Â Â 25g Oatmeal flakes
- Â Â 25g Honey
- Â Â 3g Salt
- Â Â 3g Baking soda
- Â Â 45g Flax seeds
- Â Â 175ml Natural yogurt
 PROCEDURES
1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 428°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
2. Stir all ingredients except yogurt. Add most of the yogurt and knead the soft dough.
3. Dust the work surface with flour. Knead until smooth.
4. Form a round loaf and place on a baking sheet.
5. Smooth the top and make a deep X-shaped incision.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
