Any quantity of rice

Water to soak the rice
Methods

Take some cheap broken rice and remove stones. Blow out the dust.

Wash carefully.

Soak overnight.

The following day, drain the water and put the rice to dry on a clean mat or large flat basin.

When half-dry, pound thoroughly.

Sift with a fine sieve and put the flour out to dry again.

Use as required.

NOTE: If the flour is to be stored, it must be dried thoroughly for two or three days.
